Adding Products to the Cart
The customer selects the desired product on the website and adds it to the cart.
Filling in Personal Information
At checkout, the customer fills in personal details, including name, surname, email address, and phone number.
Choosing the Payment Method
The customer can choose between two options:
- Payment via Proforma Invoice – After placing the order, the customer receives payment details via email.
- Express Purchase Interest – The customer expresses interest in purchasing without the obligation of immediate payment.
Order Receipt and Contact Establishment
After the order is placed, we receive an email notification with the customer's information. We then contact the customer to agree on the next steps of the purchase, such as delivery times, payment, and shipping.
