Refund policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
The customer (consumer) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing any reason, in accordance with applicable legislation.
The withdrawal period starts on the day after the goods are received.
2. Notice of Withdrawal

3. Return of Goods
The customer must return the goods no later than 14 days after notifying us of withdrawal.
Returned goods must be:
- undamaged
- unused
- in original packaging (where reasonably possible)
The customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
4. Return Shipping Costs
The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
5. Refunds
We will reimburse all payments received from the customer no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until proof of return shipment has been provided.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If the customer receives a damaged or incorrect product, they should contact us at:

7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- custom-made or personalized products
- goods that have been used and are no longer suitable for return due to hygiene reasons

8. Product Availability and Order Cancellation
As product availability is confirmed after order placement, we reserve the right to reject or modify an order in case a product is unavailable.
In such cases, the customer is not required to make payment, or any already paid amount will be fully refunded.
