Shipping policy

1. General

Starboard Windshop delivers products within Slovenia and, by agreement, to other European Union countries.


2. Order Processing

An order placed through the website constitutes a purchase request. After the order is placed, the seller verifies product availability and sends the customer a final offer with a pro forma invoice.

Order processing begins once the offer is confirmed and payment has been received.


3. Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on product availability and suppliers.

Approximate delivery times:

  • in-stock products: 5–15 business days
  • made-to-order products: from several weeks up to several months

The exact delivery time is communicated to the customer after the order is placed.

If no specific delivery time is stated, the maximum delivery time is 30 days from order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed between the customer and the seller.


4. Delivery Method

Delivery is carried out by a contracted shipping provider (e.g., courier service).

The customer will be notified once the order has been shipped.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not included in the product price.

The exact shipping cost is presented to the customer in the final offer before order confirmation.


6. Delivery Delays

We strive to ensure timely delivery, however we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • supplier delays
  • logistical issues
  • force majeure events

In case of significant delays, the customer will be informed.


7. Damage During Transport

The customer must check the condition of the shipment upon receipt.

In case of visible damage, the customer should:

  • refuse the package, or
  • immediately notify the carrier and the seller

8. Product Unavailability

If a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed.

The customer may choose to:

  • accept a revised delivery time, or
  • cancel the order

If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued.
